Hi, I am Dr. Kathy Smith. I have a Doctoral Degree from Vision International University and I have an Associates Degree in Nursing from Excelsior College in New York.
Formerly from Ohio and North Carolina, I lived in Ramona, CA from 2012 to 2018 and worked there for Vision International University. In 2018 I relocated to Grand Blanc, Michigan to be closer to family.
I am the Discipleship Pastor at CenterPoint Church in Burton, Michigan. I am also a writing coach and the Director of Publishing at Vision International University
As an educator I enjoy traveling to minister in local and international churches as the Lord leads. Most recently, 2019 and 2020, I went to Brazil to minister in their local churches, work with their pastors and their future leaders teaching at the Vision Brazil School of Ministry.
I have authored the books: Treasures of the Heart, The Gifts of the Trinity, Wisdom Speaks: Hearing Her Voice In A Noisy World, Healthcare Chaplaincy, and The Power of Unity– Empowered Believers Empower the Church. and I co-authored the book, Develop A Pastoral Care Ministry in Your Church with Dr. DeKoven.
